1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Devadarpan, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be completed to confirm your booking. We use Razorpay for secure payment processing.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pooja time. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy:
- Cancellations 24+ hours before: Full refund minus processing fees
- Cancellations less than 24 hours: No refund
- Service not performed: Full refund
4. Service Delivery
Poojas will be performed on the scheduled date and time by qualified poojaris. Performance videos will be uploaded within 48 hours of completion.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information for bookings
- Make timely payments
- Not misuse the platform
- Respect the religious nature of our services
6. Limitation of Liability
Devadarpan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
